Custom orders placed with Lucid Bespoke, require the customer's stamp of approval to process, we want you to love your piece!. Once a custom order has started, unfortunately changes in the finish cannot be made without a "change order" fee.
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. We take our work very seriously and strive to complete orders as quick as humanly possible. However, due to high demand, the nature of the materials, and factors out of our control (weather, shop limitations), turnaround times to complete a custom order may take up 4-8 weeks or longer dependent on the type of job.
We can provide an estimated date of completion upon purchase, but cannot guarantee an exact completion date as it varies. Orders are completed on a first come, first serve basis, and in the order they are received. We realize that some clients need pieces by a specific date. We do offer rush services for a 20% surcharge and can assure that your piece will a priority and will be completed in a timely manner.
We provide a free delivery service, for customers in the New York tri-state area or you are welcome to pick them up from our workshop, located in Manhattan. Please make sure to inspect your order thoroughly prior to accepting the piece. In the event damage incurred during delivery, it is imperative that you contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues. Once an item is delivered or picked up, it’s yours for keeps and we cannot be held liable for any damage.
Items left unclaimed for longer than 30 days are not our responsibility. The customer will be notified 2 times prior and if delivery/shipment is not arranged then all funds paid to this point will be forfeited and the item will be listed and resold.
